Own and drive community outreach by building referral networks, coordinating educational events, and following up with partners to boost patient growth through multiple concurrent initiatives.

Drive appointment generation through events, screenings, and outreach tracking

Responsibilities

Building relationships with businesses, physicians, employers, and community organizations
Coordinating Lunch & Learns, health screenings, and educational events
Representing Max Health at networking functions and community events
Scheduling appointments through community outreach efforts
Following up with prospective patients and referral partners
Tracking outreach results and maintaining accurate activity records
Supporting patient growth initiatives alongside our Business Development Representative
Managing multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously
Helping identify new partnership opportunities throughout the community
