Job Summary
Drive growth by building and maintaining a partner network across hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, and elder-care professionals to generate qualified private-duty referrals.
- Grow referral sources: Hospitals, Memory Care, and Physicians’ Offices.
- Educate partners about Serenity Estate Home Care offerings to align needs and services.
- Represent the company at events and schedule partner meetings to expand the referral network.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with Hospitals
- Develop and maintain relationships with Assisted Living Communities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Independent Living Communities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Memory Care Communities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Physicians' Offices
- Develop and maintain relationships with Social Workers
- Develop and maintain relationships with Case Managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with Fiduciaries
- Develop and maintain relationships with Elder Law Attorneys
- Represent Serenity Estate Home Care at networking events and community functions.
- Schedule and attend meetings with healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Educate referral sources about our home care services.
- Generate qualified referrals for private-duty home care services.
- Previous healthcare, senior living, home care, hospice, home health, pharmaceutical sales, or marketing experience preferred but not required.
