Job Summary

Own community outreach for nonprofits with a front-line focus on education, relationship-based fundraising, and hitting daily enrollment targets across events and retail venues.

  • Responsibilities: Represent organizations, educate the public on missions, and drive recurring donations through in-person outreach.
  • Engagement: Build rapport and deliver positive experiences at face-to-face interactions while meeting weekly outreach goals.
  • Team & impact: Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve targets and demonstrate community impact.

Responsibilities

  • Represent respected nonprofit organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Engage with community members through face-to-face conversations at pre-approved retail locations, community events, and public venues.
  • Educate the public about each nonprofit's mission, programs, and community impact.
  • Build rapport and create positive experiences with every interaction.
  • Help individuals enroll as recurring supporters through ethical, relationship-based fundraising.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with a supportive team in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
