Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at events and community outreach programs
• Connect with community members, donors, and event attendees
• Educate the public about charitable causes and fundraising campaigns
• Support fundraising, donor engagement, and awareness campaigns
• Assist with event setup, registration, and promotional activities
• Build positive relationships with community members
• Track basic outreach activity and campaign results
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Requirements

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment

Preferred

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, fundraising, or events is a plus—but not required.
