Drive community outreach to convert conversations into caregiver referrals and active cases in Knoxville.

Own and build a community outreach pipeline to generate referrals and caregiver applications

Responsibilities

Driving consistent community presence — churches, senior programs, resource fairs, community centers — and converting those conversations into active cases and caregiver applications
Hitting weekly outreach activity targets and monthly intake goals. We track what matters. You will too.
Building and owning a community pipeline of organizations, faith communities, social service agencies, and local programs that refer individuals who may benefit from home care
Recruiting caregivers through direct community engagement — positioning SOHC as the place caregivers actually want to work
Representing SOHC at community events, health fairs, and resource expos across the Knoxville area and beyond
Logging every visit, every conversation, every connection in our CRM — with discipline. If it isn\u2019t documented, it didn\u2019t happen.
Reporting weekly on outreach activity, new relationships, and pipeline movement — because we measure what we manage
