Job Summary

Support patient-focused outreach by coordinating events, following up with prospects, and collaborating with teams to convert leads into patients while delivering strong service in a high-volume clinic setting.

  • Team collaboration and effective multitasking under pressure to achieve monthly goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Participating and coordinating marketing events, following up with members, and partnering with prospects to convert leads into new patients
  • Effective communication, planning and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others
  • Able to work under general direction and independently
  • Manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a stressful environment
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • Knowledge of the services offered at the medical centers
  • Meet monthly goals
  • Perform other duties as needed by Director or Supervisor

Requirements

  • High school minimum
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, emphatic, and dynamic.
  • Bilingual

Preferred

  • Medical Clinic experience, preferred
