Responsibilities

• Approximately two-thirds of your time will be spent OUT in the community creating relationships and generating new patient opportunities.
• Your job is to find the opportunities, build the relationships, show up, follow up, and turn community connections into new patients.
• You're not waiting for the phone to ring. You're helping MAKE the phone ring.
• PART COMMUNITY CONNECTOR. PART FRONT DESK.
• You'll also be cross-trained at our front desk so you understand the entire patient experience and can jump in when needed.
• That includes answering phones, scheduling patients, following up with leads, rescheduling missed appointments, reactivating past patients, helping manage patient flow, and creating an incredible experience from the first phone call through the front door.
• We need someone who can comfortably move between: "I'm attending a Chamber event this morning." and "I'm calling 15 patients this afternoon to get them rescheduled."
• No hiding behind a computer all day. No waiting around for someone to tell you what to do.
• We're looking for a relationship builder AND a follow-through person

• Creative about finding new opportunities
• Organized enough to track your contacts and follow-up

• Comfortable being held accountable to measurable goals

Preferred

• Bonus points if you're already well-connected in the local community or have experience with networking, business development, hospitality, events, sales, healthcare, marketing, or community outreach.
