Own and optimize community outreach to build a diverse student pipeline, drive engagement and enrollment, and coordinate with key partners and campus programs.

• Outreach strategy: Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach plans to create a sustainable pipeline.
• Engagement and enrollment: Translate outreach into measurable engagement and enrollment outcomes.
• Partnerships and coordination: Build partnerships with community orgs, schools, and agencies, and align with Recruitment, Dual Credit, and MPR.
