Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing community outreach programs to raise awareness of the school's mission;
• Building partnerships with local organizations, schools, and stakeholders to provide social opportunities with students outside The Whole Child Academy family;
• Representing The Whole Child Academy at local fairs and community events;
• Collaborating on fundraising initiatives to support Whole Child Academy programs and resources;
• Collaborating in the development and distribution of promotional materials on social media platforms and to local stakeholders directly, when available, to effectively engage with the community;
• Organizing events including field trips (2), parent workshops, stakeholder workshops (2), and weekend holiday programs (2) that promote the academy's vision and foster community involvement.
• Serving as the initial contact point for potential, incoming families, scheduling and conducting in-school tours, managing the flow of all paperwork and communication with potential families, and keeping the admissions committee informed about the status and needs of each family;
