Job Summary
Drive community outreach for Sola Kids Dental in South Central LA, engaging families and guiding them to appointments.
- Own outreach visits to neighborhoods around South Central LA to invite families.
- Must-have: Outgoing, friendly personality capable of starting conversations.
- Standout: Spanish-speaking strongly preferred; most patients are Spanish-speaking families.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Distribute flyers and materials in neighborhoods surrounding our South Central LA offices
- Engage with community members and explain what Sola Kids Dental offers (free consultations, Medi-Cal / Denti-Cal accepted, braces for kids, and more)
- Invite families to visit our offices and help them understand how to schedule
- Represent Sola Kids Dental professionally and positively at all times
- Track your outreach activity and report to our Community Engagement Manager
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people
- Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
- Self-motivated and results-driven; you like earning based on your effort
- Reliable and punctual
- No prior marketing or dental experience required — we'll train you
Preferred
- Spanish-speaking strongly preferred — most of our patients are Spanish-speaking families
