- Strong communication skills
- Comfort speaking with new people daily
- Reliable availability (4 shifts/week minimum)
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Experience in activism, volunteering, nonprofit work, or advocacy is a plus—but not required.
