Job Summary

Own and drive local community marketing to boost clinic visits by building partnerships, activating events, and ensuring a smooth handoff from outreach to care.

  • Partnerships & Events: Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups and manage a regional events calendar.
  • Clinic Activation: Coordinate activations, patient outreach, and on-site promotions to hit volume goals across assigned markets.
  • Measurement & Collaboration: Track local campaigns, coordinate with marketing/ops, and manage reputation and follow-ups with community feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local marketing plans tailored to your designated region
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, and community organizations
  • Support Clinic Leads in achieving patient volume goals through strategic activations
  • Create and manage a local events calendar across assigned markets
  • Represent the company at community events, health fairs, networking events, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Travel regularly to clinic locations to coordinate promotional activities to drive awareness and patient volume
  • Generate awareness and guide community members toward clinic services
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming handoff from community interaction to clinic staff
  • Identify and pursue new partnership and sponsorship opportunities
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of local campaigns, outreach efforts, and events
  • Maintain organized documentation of outreach, partnerships, and follow-ups
  • Respond to online reviews and support local reputation management efforts
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align efforts

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or field marketing experience
  • 1–2 years of marketing and communications experience
  • 1 year of event planning or project planning experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Travel is required and is a core function of the role

Preferred

  • Healthcare or wellness industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and project management software is a plus
