Job Summary

Owns end-to-end community marketing, brand building, and occupancy strategies for Tree of Life, leading outreach, events, reporting, and collaboration with VP of Operations.

  • Oversees tours, referrals, and occupancy initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Be familiar with the needs of older adults and their families and offer solutions.
  • Support and build the brand of Tree of Life Personal Care Home, LLC.
  • Design and develop marketing strategies to build relationships in the community.
  • Represent Tree of Life Personal Care Home, LLC, at networking activities approved by the VP of Operations.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns.
  • Coordinating, scheduling and giving family and/or potential resident tours.
  • Connect with senior centers, other Personal Care Homes, churches, and social workers who often encounter families in need of care.
  • Educational outreach hosting free workshops on topics like dementia care, fall prevention, or navigating senior living options, positioning Tree of Life as a trusted resource.
  • Responsible for developing and executing referral-driven marketing strategies to increase occupancy and strengthen Tree of Life’s reputation.
  • Orients residents and/or family to home services, join them for lunch/dinner to get to know the resident.

Requirements

  • Educational and Other Requirements
  • Associate degree in recreational therapy or similar degree preferred.
  • Prior marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in activities planning with older adults is preferred.
  • Experience and interest in working with older adults.
  • Experience in volunteering.
  • OSHA regulations – MSDS sheets and procedures.
  • Fire and safety procedures.
  • Food handling regulations, ServeSafe certification is preferred.
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally.
