Job Summary

Coordinate and optimize Immanuel Living's marketing and lead-generation systems, aligning CRM workflows, content creation, social media, and events to drive inquiries and resident engagement.

  • CRM & marketing automation: manage workflows, reporting, database hygiene, and lead routing to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Content & social strategy: develop engaging content, manage blogs/newsletters, social planning/execution, and video content to showcase resident stories.
  • Campaigns & events: coordinate digital and print campaigns, website updates, vendor/event promotions, and open houses to generate qualified inquiries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM workflows, automations, reporting, and database hygiene
  • Support touring software, inquiry routing, and lead workflows
  • Troubleshoot systems and recommend process improvements
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate email campaigns, print collateral, direct mail, digital content, and promotional materials
  • Support social media content planning and execution
  • Assist with website updates and content management
  • Coordinate marketing asset creation with internal/external partners
  • Know the procedures followed in lead fulfillment and lead tracking to advance a prospect in the sales process
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote our senior living community
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms
  • Monitor and respond to online community interactions
  • Write blog posts, newsletters, and other written content
  • Create video content to share residents' stories and showcase the lifestyle
  • Develop digital ad campaigns to target specific demographics
  • Monitor ad performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results
  • Coordinate logistics for events, open houses, workshops, and outreach initiatives
  • Assist with vendor communication and event promotion
  • Track campaign performance, inquiry activity, and engagement metrics
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review
