PressChain is building the Trust Layer for the internet.

Our infrastructure enables organizations, AI systems, journalists, developers, enterprises, and consumers to verify the authenticity, provenance, and integrity of digital and real world information. We're creating the foundation for trusted data across media, products, supply chains, government, AI, and beyond.

We're looking for our first Community Lead to help build one of the most respected communities in Web3.

Compensation

This is currently an equity based founding role while we complete our fundraising round. Our goal is to transition this position to a competitive full time salary within approximately 90 days following a successful raise.

About the Role

This is not a moderation role.

We're looking for someone who can build an ecosystem.

You'll own community strategy across X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and future channels while creating meaningful relationships with journalists, developers, validators, creators, partners, and early adopters.

You'll work directly with the founder to shape how the world experiences PressChain.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute PressChain's global community strategy.
• Grow highly engaged communities across X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Develop ambassador, creator, and community leader programs.
• Organize Twitter Spaces, AMAs, livestreams, workshops, and community events.
• Create initiatives that encourage participation, referrals, and ecosystem growth.
• Partner with marketing, product, and engineering to communicate launches and roadmap updates.
• Gather community feedback and convert insights into product improvements.
• Build relationships with journalists, developers, creators, validators, universities, and ecosystem partners.
• Measure engagement, retention, growth, and community health using clear KPIs.
• Represent PressChain at conferences, meetups, hackathons, and industry events.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years building online communities.
• Experience managing Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, AI, or emerging technology.
• Experience launching ambassador or community programs.
• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup.
• Data driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve engagement.
• Self motivated with the ability to execute independently.

Bonus Points

• Experience in journalism, media, or publishing.
• Existing network within crypto or Web3.
• Experience managing communities with 10,000+ members.
• Event planning or conference experience.
• Content creation experience.
• Familiarity with token ecosystems, governance, or decentralized communities.
