Responsibilities

• Own daily community operations across X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Speak the language of retail investors to authentically engage with online finance communities
• Act as the voice of the customer by monitoring sentiment and delivering insights
• Spearhead community activations with live AMAs and Q&As
• Stay close to internet culture to keep Robinhood cutting-edge
• Represent the Robinhood voice with strong judgment and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media or community management
• Native understanding of X, TikTok, Reddit, and Instagram
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to code-switch between compliance briefs and casual posts
• Data-driven mindset to translate metrics into strategy
• Ability to thrive in a regulated industry with strict guardrails

Preferred

• Active participation in or knowledge of finance communities and market narratives
• Familiarity with enterprise social listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Meltwater)
• Experience using generative AI to streamline ideation, identify creators, or analyze data
