Job Summary

Own on-site operations for a Manufactured Housing portfolio, aligning people leadership, leasing, financials, safety, and compliance to drive stable occupancy and cash flow.

  • Operations Leadership: Direct on-site staff, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation with HR compliance.
  • Property Management & Tenant Relations: Manage leasing, renewals, tenant relations, and record-keeping in Rent Manager.
  • Financial & Safety Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, revenue optimization, collections, expenses, vendor coordination, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate on-site staff; oversee performance, discipline, and HR compliance.
  • Manage leasing, renewals, customer relations, and competitive analysis; maintain accurate records in Rent Manager.
  • Support budget planning, maximize revenue, oversee collections and deposits, manage expenses, and coordinate with vendors and legal counsel.
  • Ensure homes and common areas meet standards; oversee inspections, turnkeys, and upkeep.
  • Model company values, maintain performance standards, and implement effective solutions.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and oversee compliance with OSHA/EPA and insurance processes.
  • Participate in training, collaborate with regional/corporate managers, and complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proven leadership and property management experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of housing/property regulations.
  • Proficiency with property management software and related tools.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and outdoor exposure.
