Job Description
Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with patients during their visits
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and excited about their smile transformation
- Encourage satisfied patients to participate in testimonial videos or social media content
- Assist patients with before-and-after photo opportunities
- Capture photos and videos of procedures, patient reactions, and clinic activity
- Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
- Work with doctors and staff to film educational and promotional content
- Help maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence
- Identify and connect with local influencers
- Coordinate influencer visits and promotional collaborations
Requirements
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reels)
- Comfortable speaking on camera
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic personality with strong social skills
- Ability to interact confidently with patients and influencers
Preferred
- Experience in dental, aesthetic, or medical clinic environment
- Experience managing influencer partnerships
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of social media trends
