Job Summary

Own the community operations and cross-functional collaboration to translate business goals into a better developer and creator experience in the Fortnite/UEFN ecosystem.

Own day-to-day community support across forums and channels for FAB, Unreal Engine, and EGS.
Collaborate with internal teams to surface issues, triage, and close the loop with the community.
Identify recurring friction, reduce support volume, and improve developer experience.

Job Description

managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness and supports community needs

work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers

Manage day-to-day community support across forums, support channels in the Fortnite UEFN ecosystem, Unreal Engine and other platforms for FAB and EGS

Respond to and triage developer and seller inquiries, including store setup, publishing, and account-related issues

Partner with internal teams to escalate issues, track resolutions, and close the loop with the community

Identify and surface recurring issues, bugs, and friction points to improve the overall developer experience

Support documentation and communication efforts to proactively address common questions and reduce support volume

Help maintain a consistent, high-quality support experience across all touchpoints

Work with social media managers to generate social content that will drive communications

Plan social content and maintain a content calendar
