Responsibilities

• As a Community Manager, you’ll oversee a multi-million-dollar property, managing everything from leasing and resident relations to marketing, maintenance, and team development.
• You’ll drive sales, ensure performance, and lead your team to success.
• This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and payroll software

Preferred

• 2-3 years of management experience in multi-family properties (preferred)
