Responsibilities

• Build Trusting Partnerships: Connect with local healthcare professionals, clinics, and non-profits to establish referral pathways for vulnerable patients.
• Be a Local Community Presence: Deliver vital care program information directly to clinics, hospitals, housing partners, and community centers.
• Advocate for Access: Represent OverSightMD at community events, health fairs, and outreach programs, serving as a trusted resource for underserved populations.
• Identify Gaps in Care: Work with our executive team to spot underserved neighborhoods, cultural groups, or community organizations in your county that need our services.
• Track Your Impact: Utilize simple tracking tools to measure the reach and effectiveness of your local outreach efforts.
