Own the community and social narrative for a cat themed gacha game by creating short form content across the main channels, growing and activating a Discord community, and running beta to launch campaigns with quick feedback loops.

Own and grow our Discord community: engagement, events, and turning members into advocates
Plan and run social and community campaigns tied to beta, soft launch, and global release
Track engagement, follower growth, sentiment, and community health, and iterate quickly
Stay on top of gaming, gacha, and meme trends and act fast

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in gaming marketing — community management, social, or content for a game (mobile and/or gacha/hero-collector experience preferred)
Genuinely hands-on with content creation and posting — able to shoot, edit, caption, and ship independently
Strong instincts for gacha, anime, and pet/cat-loving audiences
Self-directed and resourceful, comfortable owning outcomes in a small team
Reliable availability of 20–40 hours per week with overlap with Pacific Time
Excellent written English
Active in gacha/hero-collector or anime gaming communities
Basic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Experience supporting a beta or soft launch
