Job Summary
Own and seed the local business outreach for LegacyWalk, blending field outreach, lightweight content capture, and portfolio-building in digital marketing.
- Outreach Ownership: Build and refine local business lists, walk routes, and guide applicants to partner programs.
- Content & Social: Capture short videos and photos and support social content with a lead role for social media coordination.
- Operations & Events: Log outreach notes, track warm leads, support nonprofit events, and join weekly/community meetings.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contact local businesses and introduce them to LegacyWalk
- Hand out materials and guide interested businesses to our partner application
- Log outreach notes and track warm leads
- Help build and refine our outreach list and materials
- Capture short videos, photos, and simple social content
- Support our current event benefiting a local nonprofit and our quarterly networking event
- Attend a weekly check-in with our Community Advocate
- Join a monthly team meeting to share progress and ideas
- All interns will help create content, but one intern will be selected as the Social Media Lead to work alongside our Communtiy Engagement Coordinator and Community Engagement & Marketing Specialist.
- This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a portfolio in social media or digital marketing

- Able to work 5 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
