Responsibilities - Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Prosperity Training Center and increase community engagement. - Create content (posts, photos, videos, flyers) for social media platforms to attract prospective students. - Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations. - Represent the school at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and drive student enrollment. - Collaborate with the admissions team to generate leads and support enrollment goals. - Track outreach efforts and provide reports on community engagement and marketing performance. - Travel locally (and occasionally regionally) to support outreach initiatives as needed. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. - Experience in marketing, outreach, public relations, or community engagement. - Strong skills in social media management and content creation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities. - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. - Ability to travel within the region for outreach activities.
