Community Liaison & Marketing/Relationship Specialist
Territory: McKinney, Allen, Prosper, & Fairview, TX
Pay: $27-29/Hour + Performance Bonuses + Mileage
Schedule: Part-Time (24 Hours/Week) – Total Flexibility
The Role:
Are you the most connected person in McKinney? We are looking for a high-energy Relationship Specialist to be the face of FirstLight Home Care. This isn't "cold calling", it’s about building trust with healthcare leaders and legal advisors so that FirstLight is their #1 choice for client referrals.
What You’ll Do (The "Sweet Spots"):
* Expert Networking: Build relationships with Discharge Planners at Medical City McKinney, Baylor Scott & White, and local Rehab centers.
* Strategic Growth: Partner with Elder Law Attorneys and Financial Planners to support high-networth families.
* Brand Ambassador: Represent us at community events and health fairs.
* Intake Support: Help families navigate their first steps toward care.
* Independence: Manage your own weekly route and reporting with full autonomy.
What We’re Looking For:
* Professional Polish: You can hold your own in a room with doctors and attorneys.
* Local Edge: You already know the North Texas healthcare landscape.
* "Culture of Care" Heart: You are motivated by making a difference, not just hitting a quota.
* Logistics: Reliable vehicle, valid license, and a clean background are required.
* Experience: Sales, marketing, or healthcare experience is a plus, but your drive and personality matter more.
