Drive community referrals as a Marketing Liaison for a hospice/home health agency.

Own building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources.
Must-have: proven track record of exceeding referral goals in healthcare or related field.
Standout: on-the-road role with frequent community events and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and other referral sources.
Promote hospice services to increase awareness and drive patient referrals.
Assess community needs and communicate opportunities to agency leadership.
Assist with development of new programs and policies related to service growth.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities.
Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to achieve agency goals.
Perform additional duties as required by leadership.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
Previous experience in healthcare, home health, hospice, senior living, or related field required.
Solid referral sources and a proven track record for exceeding goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
