Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and other referral sources.
• Promote hospice services to increase awareness and drive patient referrals.
• Assess community needs and communicate opportunities to agency leadership.
• Assist with development of new programs and policies related to service growth.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to achieve agency goals.
• Perform additional duties as required by leadership.

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare, home health, hospice, senior living, or related field required.
• Solid referral sources and a proven track record for exceeding goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Professional, organized, and goal-driven approach.
• Requires local travel to referral sources and community locations.
• Must maintain reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in various environments including facilities, offices, and patient-related settings.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
