Job Summary

Own community partnerships and referral development to drive network growth for a pediatric-focused ABA organization, focusing on building relationships with healthcare, education, and social services partners; educating families about intake and services; and expanding outreach through events and business development initiatives.

  • Growth & Outreach: Build and maintain a network of pediatricians, schools, and referral sources to increase access to services.
  • Education & Engagement: Explain intake processes to families and partners, ensuring clear, positive representation at events and in communications.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with leadership on growth strategies, track referral activity, and support marketing and community initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools and educators, speech, OT, and PT providers, social workers and case managers, community organizations, and referral sources
  • Conduct outreach to increase awareness of company services
  • Represent the company at networking events, community events, and meetings
  • Educate prospective referral partners and families about the intake process and available services
  • Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
  • Track outreach activity and referral relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and community engagement opportunities
  • Maintain a professional and positive representation of the organization at all times

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable networking and building professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
  • Ability to travel locally for meetings and events

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, ABA, education, outreach, marketing, or business development preferred
