Job Summary

Own the community health campaigns and advocacy thread with a trauma-informed care mindset, coordinating messaging, assets, and cross-team alignment to meet grant-driven outcomes.

  • Campaign design and implementation: plan, launch, and optimize community health initiatives.
  • Messaging and materials: craft and test messages with designers and partners to ensure clear, respectful communication.
  • Budget and reporting: steward funds, report outcomes, and ensure grant compliance.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of community health campaigns. - Develop, test, and refine messaging and materials in collaboration with graphic designers and partners. - Manage program budgets, report outcomes, and ensure compliance with grant requirements. - Engage in advocacy efforts and uphold the values of trauma-informed care, respect, and empowerment in all interactions. Requirements - A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in communication, marketing, behavioral health, or a related field. - Proven ability to manage large projects and collaborate across teams. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, videoconferencing, and online reporting systems. - A valid driver’s license, private insurance, and the ability to travel within the service area. - Home internet connection - Must be able to obtain DCFS CANTS Child Abuse Clearance.
