Responsibilities

• Coordinating team check-ins, standups, and day-to-day operational logistics
• Supporting events, workshops, and community programs
• Creating content, campaigns, and onboarding flows
• Conducting user research and gathering ecosystem feedback
• Supporting recruiting efforts through events, referral networks, and direct outreach

Requirements

• Sociable, proactive, and comfortable engaging with communities and users
• Understanding of platform dynamics, internet culture, and content distribution
• Strong execution ability and willingness to move quickly
• Available to relocate to San Francisco for the summer
