• Lived Experience (Required): You must have successfully navigated and overcome your own lived experience
• Resilience & Stability: You should be in a place of current stability and wellness, with the emotional capacity to hold space for others who are still in the midst of their struggle.
• Previous success growing communities : You should have successful experience in building large followings and peer based groups.
