Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive community growth strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase engagement and membership
Cultivate strong media relations by establishing partnerships with press outlets, influencers, and community leaders
Lead public speaking engagements, webinars, and outreach events to promote community initiatives and foster visibility
Manage social media platforms through targeted campaigns, content creation, and social media marketing efforts to expand reach
Oversee community management efforts by moderating online forums, organizing volunteer programs, and supporting member retention
Coordinate fundraising activities and business development opportunities to support community projects and initiatives
Collect and analyze data on community engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize outreach efforts

Requirements

Proven experience in community management, public relations, or related fields with a focus on growth initiatives
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages across various channels
Strong public speaking skills for representing the organization at events and media interviews
Expertise in social media management, social media marketing, and digital content creation
Demonstrated success in marketing, customer service, sales, or fundraising environments
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Nice-to-have

Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences effectively
Experience in volunteer management, strategic planning, budgeting, and business development is preferred
