Job Summary

Own and orchestrate a multichannel community growth engine, aligning SEO, content, social, and email with a founder-driven growth strategy and external partners.

Own growth channels and community programs across SEO, content, social, and referral initiatives.
Own analytics dashboards and performance recommendations for traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with the Founder to test new acquisition channels and partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and execute HAO Hair Days' community growth strategy across multiple channels.
Oversee SEO, content, social media, community, and growth campaign initiatives.
Develop and optimize email acquisition, retention, and engagement programs.
Coordinate external contractors, freelancers, and cross-functional contributors.
Analyze traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Build and manage community engagement programs, referral campaigns, and partnership opportunities.
Identify new audience acquisition channels and organic growth opportunities.
Create reporting dashboards and provide performance recommendations.
Support brand awareness and platform adoption among both consumers and hairstylists.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in community growth, digital marketing, growth marketing, audience development, or related roles.
* Experience managing multiple marketing projects and coordinating external vendors, contractors, or freelancers.
* Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
* Comfortable using data and analytics to make growth decisions.

Preferred

* Experience working with marketplace platforms, SaaS products, creator communities, beauty brands, or lifestyle brands.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools.
* Experience building online communities and engagement programs.
* Knowledge of Asian beauty, haircare, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
* Multilingual abilities (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or Vietnamese) are a plus.
