Job Summary
Own local community activation for Buffalo area branches, turning events and social content into branch level trust and feedback signals.
- Community Engagement & Content: develop locally focused social content and coordinate branch engagement with communities.
- Events & Partnerships: organize and attend local events, outreach programs, and sponsorships to drive awareness and feedback.
- Measurement & Sharing: track budgets and inventory, gather local feedback and report market trends to inform brand aligned local tactics.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage locally focused content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Serve as the primary liaison between Reimer branches and their surrounding communities
- Organize and attend local events, outreach programs, and sponsorships
- Represent Reimer Home Services professionally and positively at all times
- Track budgets and inventory for community events and promotional materials
- Collect feedback and report on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
- Inform branch staff about community engagement and social media best practices
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to align local efforts with broader brand goals
