Job Summary

Own local community outreach and fundraising campaigns, driving donor participation and event execution with a team focus and client-facing professionalism.

  • Speak with the community at local events and outreach campaigns to promote non-profits and local charities.
  • Help teammates meet daily and weekly goals through event setup, execution, and training.
  • Represent clients professionally in all public interactions to keep campaigns on message.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Speak with the community at local events and outreach campaigns to promote non-profits and local charities
  • Answer questions and provide information about current campaigns
  • Encourage community participation and donor support to improve fundraising efforts
  • Represent clients professionally during all public interactions
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown when needed
  • Work with other Community Engagement Representative team members to meet daily and weekly goals
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on campaign information

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or public-facing roles is preferred
  • Comfortable speaking with new people in a face-to-face setting
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation to local event locations
