Responsibilities

• Community Strategy: Develop and execute initiatives that grow and strengthen community relationships, increasing engagement both locally and online.
• Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and coordination of community events, volunteer efforts, and outreach programs that align with our mission.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, nonprofits, and community leaders.
• Content Collaboration: Partner closely with the social media team to capture, showcase, and promote community initiatives, ensuring our impact is visible and engaging across platforms.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience online and in person-responding to messages, comments, and feedback while fostering a positive and authentic community presence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in community engagement, nonprofit work, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across diverse groups
• Proven organizational and project management abilities, especially in event planning
• A proactive, positive mindset with a genuine passion for community impact
