Community Engagement Liaison

Responsibilities

• Institutional Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and establish formal community partnerships with local ISDs, school nurses, athletic programs, and municipal wellness groups.
• Grassroots Events: Coordinate, host, and represent Planet Dental at local health fairs, Back-to-School drives, school visits, and practice-hosted oral health workshops.
• Outreach Calendar & CRM: Maintain a structured community outreach schedule and partner tracking system to ensure consistent follow-through and relationship nurturing.
• Internal Alignment: Work closely with Clinic Managers and Front Office teams to seamlessly transition community leads into scheduled patient appointments.
• Brand Representative: Serve as an approachable spokesperson for Planet Dental, advocating for pediatric and family preventive oral health.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in community outreach, field marketing, public relations, business development, or event coordination (dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required).
• Networker at Heart: Extremely comfortable approaching ISD directors, school staff, and community leaders with confidence and warmth.
• Organized & Self-Driven: Ability to manage your own schedule, balance field activities with office planning, and track outreach metrics.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or relevant hands-on field experience.
