Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a community engagement plan aligned with institutional priorities.
  • Lead campus outreach workgroups and coordinate partnership events with stakeholders.
  • Develop informational materials and workshops on instructional programs, services, and onboarding.
  • Represent the campus at community events and advocate for programs and services.
  • Maintain a master community partner database and outreach calendar.
  • Create content about partnerships for newsletters, websites, and social media.
  • Coordinate communications with partners via email, phone, and newsletters.
  • Monitor and document event data, agreements, and outreach activities.
  • Assist in budget tracking and procurement for engagement activities.
  • Train staff and coordinate with internal and external partners on outreach efforts.
