Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and vision of Network Health.
  • Apply all organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies.
  • Lead and support community engagement efforts, developing and executing value-added programs that drive growth, retention, and engagement across all lines of business.
  • Develop strategies and oversee logistics for external engagement initiatives, including events, sponsorships, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships.
  • Identify, secure, and manage relationships with community organizations, providers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and advocacy efforts.
  • Manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally to define scope, coordinate resources, and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
  • Coordinate and monitor event logistics, including budgets, materials, and resources, while ensuring effective internal and external communication.
  • Create and deliver written materials and communications for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitate awareness and participation in community events and promote employee involvement in company-sponsored initiatives.
  • Administer wellness and outreach programs, including health screenings, educational events, and coaching (onsite, virtual, and telephonic).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on wellness programs, community engagement, and healthcare-related topics for internal teams and external partners.
  • Support customer experience initiatives, including CAHPS and other satisfaction action plans, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in planning, brainstorming sessions, committees, and events to support community engagement strategies.
  • Provide administrative and project support to leadership, including the Vice President.
  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
