Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creation of strategic, culturally appropriate communication, marketing collateral materials and educational resources/programs targeting the specified groups with the goal of increasing registry participation and understanding of organ and tissue donation
  • Heavily involved with community events, relationship creation, and public education
  • Develops and manages strategic, culturally appropriate, content for web and social, including writing educational articles and creating appealing graphics for ethnic groups and general markets.
  • Supports the planning, development, and execution of paid digital campaigns, including defining target audience and budget, writing compelling ad copy, and developing campaign creative.

Requirements

  • Three years experience in a related field required (communications, marketing, public health, or related field)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish-read, write, and speak in Spanish is required
  • Must possess excellent organizational, writing, presentation and leadership skills and have demonstrated ability to work with community leaders and diverse volunteers
  • Schedule flexibility to include nights and weekends for community events
