Community Engagement Assistant | Entry Level | Paid Training

Responsibilities

• Assist with community engagement and public outreach initiatives
• Represent client campaigns at local events, retail locations, and community activities
• Engage with community members and share campaign information
• Help increase awareness of programs, services, and promotional initiatives
• Answer questions and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Support event setup, outreach materials, displays, and campaign activities
• Build positive relationships through respectful communication
• Collaborate with teammates to meet engagement goals
• Develop customer service, communication, marketing, and leadership skills

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Good organization and follow-through
• Interest in community outreach, public relations, marketing, or customer service
• No experience required. Recent graduates, entry-level candidates, and career changers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteering, nonprofit activities, or community events is a plus, but not required.
