Job Description

Responsibilities

Answer community and customer questions across Discord and social channels.
Collect useful feedback, route bugs and support issues internally, and keep FAQs/resources up to date.
Manage the Fleet Captains referral program: keep captains engaged, help them promote comma, and find ways to increase referrals and device sales.
Research and reach out to relevant YouTube creators in cars, tech, and driver-assist; build relationships and convert strong fits into Fleet Captains or referral partners.
Keep outreach, feedback, and follow-ups organized. Use AI tools to move faster on research, lists, drafts, and follow-ups.

Requirements

You are a clear communicator, extremely responsive, organized, and good at maintaining relationships.
You are comfortable doing online research and reaching out to people you do not already know.
You can spot a problem, find the right internal owner, and follow through.
You are comfortable using AI tools to work faster without losing good judgment or a human voice.

Preferred

Bonus if you are interested in cars, tech, YouTube, or online communities.
