Job Summary

Support community outreach to South Central LA families, explaining services, scheduling visits, and representing the practice with professionalism while tracking engagement for the manager.

  • Outreach: distribute materials and introduce Sola Kids Dental to neighborhood families.
  • Engagement: explain free consults, Medi-Cal, braces for kids, and drive office visits.
  • Reporting: log activities and provide updates to the Community Engagement Manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Distribute flyers and materials in neighborhoods surrounding our South Central LA offices
  • Engage with community members and explain what Sola Kids Dental offers (free consultations, Medi-Cal / Denti-Cal accepted, braces for kids, and more)
  • Invite families to visit our offices and help them understand how to schedule
  • Represent Sola Kids Dental professionally and positively at all times
  • Track your outreach activity and report to our Community Engagement Manager

Requirements

  • Outing, friendly personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people
  • Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
  • Self-motivated and results-driven; you like earning based on your effort
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Spanish-speaking strongly preferred — most of our patients are Spanish-speaking families
  • No prior marketing or dental experience required — we'll train you
  • Hours: Flexible — approximately 3 hours/day (afternoons), 3-5 days/week
  • Position Type: Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099)
