Job Summary

Own community representation and content capture for a Nashville ambassador program, driving authentic engagement with neighborhoods, local businesses, and residents while surfacing partnership opportunities.

  • Community Engagement: Represent the brand across Nashville, build relationships with owners and managers, and surface neighborhood recommendations.
  • Content & Ambassadors: Capture photo/video content on a phone to showcase local spots and experiences.
  • Partnerships & Outreach: Identify opportunities to expand Locals Club Nashville’s presence citywide.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent Locals Club Nashville throughout the community
  • Build relationships with local business owners, managers, and community members
  • Explore Nashville neighborhoods and engage with local businesses
  • Capture photo and video content using your phone
  • Serve as a positive and professional ambassador for the brand

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to travel throughout the Nashville area
  • Smartphone capable of capturing photo and video content

Preferred

  • Confident communicators
  • Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable starting conversations with new people
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and basic content creation
  • Interested in sales, marketing, business, hospitality, entrepreneurship, or community engagement
