Job Summary

Support the expansion of adult participation in Laser Land by serving as a flexible ambassador who informs guests, gathers feedback, and invites new groups in a schedule-friendly way.

  • Ambassador presence: Learn sessions, updates, and guest experience to represent Laser Land accurately.
  • Audience growth: Invite friends, clubs, and groups to try Laser Land in a way that fits their network.
  • Booking and feedback: Share guest insights and refresh basic guidelines to maintain accurate information.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Laser Land is looking for outgoing, reliable people to help introduce more adults to our laser tag experience.
  • During paid ambassador meetings, you may:
  • Learn about current Laser Land sessions, missions, and updates
  • Review booking information and guest experience updates
  • Share general feedback you hear from guests or people you invite
  • Discuss ways to introduce more adults to the Laser Land experience
  • Review basic company guidelines for sharing accurate information about Laser Land
  • Ambassadors may invite friends, classmates, coworkers, clubs, or groups to try Laser Land in a way that naturally fits their schedule and social circle.
  • Guests book at regular price. This is not a discount-code position.
  • This is a flexible part-time role, not a fixed-shift position.
Requirements
  • Must be 18+
  • Must be able to attend occasional in-person meetings in West Covina
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
