Responsibilities

• Host and coordinate community outreach activities and events.
• Assist the VP of Business Development and Community Education team with special projects.
• Organize and coordinate health fairs, job fairs, open houses, and other community events.
• Provide support for marketing and public relations initiatives.
• Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities.
• Prepare thank-you notes, letters, memos, flyers, and other communications as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of related experience in marketing, community outreach, event coordination, healthcare, or a similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to support community engagement and marketing initiatives.

Preferred

• Certified Nurse Aide Certification (Preferred)
• Driver's license and current auto insurance (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• CNA certification preferred
