Job Summary

Own and execute PRI's internal and executive communications, manage the employer brand across key platforms, and measure the impact of communications efforts.

  • Oversees writing, editing, and dissemination for all-staff and leadership audiences
  • Maintains calendars, style guides, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Tracks and reports on communications effectiveness to inform strategy

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit internal communications for all levels of the organization
  • Manage PRI's employer brand on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and relevant platforms
  • Develop executive communications including presentations and talking points
  • Maintain the communications calendar and style guide
  • Measure and report on communications effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or similar field
  • 23 years of relevant experience; corporate, healthcare, or government experience strongly preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of AP editorial style, and possess a clear writing style
  • Adept at managing relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Able to draft highprofile, companywide communications, anticipating audience questions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Highly organized with exacting attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and sensitive information, particularly in a regulated environment
