Job Summary

Own national and local communications for union campaigns, shaping media outreach, materials, and messaging across platforms to drive visibility and coverage.

  • Own media relations and outreach, building relationships with reporters and influencers and coordinating campaigns for diverse union activities.
  • Develop strategic comms plans and write core materials to explain complex health and labor issues to broad audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Director to align on objectives, schedules, and travel as needed.
