  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Express to create clean, professional headers for newsletters and announcements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sites (intranet architecture), Google Slides (presentation design), and Google Docs.
  • Ability to create professional, brand-aligned visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design software.
  • Skilled in organizing complex information into intuitive, easy-to-navigate digital layouts (specifically for internal knowledge hubs).
  • Exceptional ability to draft clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, ranging from executive leadership to frontline employees.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional leaders (IT, Marketing, Finance) to gather information and align messaging.
  • Strategic alignment mindset, ensuring that local initiatives are always viewed through the lens of the company’s overall communication strategy.
  • Strong organizational diplomacy with the ability to negotiate timing and placement of messages within the broader corporate communications ecosystem.
