Job Summary

Own media monitoring and stakeholder support for legal PR, turning reporter moves, topic tracking, and quick drafting into day-to-day outreach and cross-team collaboration.

Media Relations: Maintain media lists and track reporter movements to inform timely outreach.
Communications Support: Collaborate with PR to execute strategies and handle routine communications tasks.
Research & Monitoring: Track legal news and trending topics across traditional and social channels to surface insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Update media lists, track reporter moves and inform team of key reporter moves.
Collaborate closely with PR/Communications team, providing proactive and responsive support in executing on communications strategies and day-to-day business needs.
Monitor legal news and developments in traditional publications and on social media platforms.
Research projects relating to media coverage, key reporters and trending topics
Draft and edit basic news announcements and speaking engagements for the firm’s intranet and external website.
Regularly collaborate with the Business Development team and other internal stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
